Since then, we have delivered high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with diverse needs, supporting them and their families during challenging times. We collaborate with the Hertfordshire Care Providers Association and have been recognised for our innovation and excellence, including being finalists for Most Innovative Care Team in 2017 and 2021, and for the Best Carer Award in 2018.

Care Herts offers more than traditional home care. Our services support physical, cognitive, emotional, and social wellbeing, including:

Our Commitment to the Community
We believe care providers should support the wider community. As part of our social responsibility, we offer free programmes for older people and those facing loneliness, isolation, or limited access to activities. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we provided free individualised activity sessions, with CST-trained carers delivering one-to-one support to keep people mentally stimulated and socially connected. Our commitment continues as we provide free community activity programmes for those in independent living schemes, care homes, and the broader community.
